GRN ROOM SMS Opt-In Example

This page demonstrates the SMS consent flow used within GRN ROOM. The actual opt-in form appears inside authenticated Profile Settings after a user creates or signs into a GRN ROOM account.

Users are not automatically enrolled in SMS notifications. SMS notifications are optional and are not required to create an account, join a movie circle, or use GRN ROOM.

1. 1.The user signs into GRN ROOM.
2. 2.The user opens Profile Settings.
3. 3.The user enters their mobile phone number.
4. 4.The user manually checks an unchecked SMS consent checkbox.
5. 5.The user clicks Save Preferences.
6. 6.SMS notifications are only enabled after that affirmative action is completed.

The checkbox is never pre-selected. GRN ROOM does not send SMS messages to users who have not completed this opt-in process.

Transactional SMS messages may include:

• —Login authentication codes
• —Circle invitations
• —Weekly movie reminders
• —Discussion notifications
• —Prediction alerts
• —Other account-related notifications

GRN ROOM LLC does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any GRN ROOM SMS message. Users may request assistance by replying HELP or contacting support@grnroom.club.
